Porsche Centre Brisbane has joined SPACE Property Agents to promote an area of the home that is sometimes neglected – the humble (or if housing a shiny Porsche we can legitimately refer to as ‘not-so-humble’) garage.

“A lot of our properties undergo a degree of internal home staging which can be anything from a shift in furniture positioning in a room to a complete makeover of the whole home’s decorations. But what about the poor old garage?” said SPACE Property Agents Managing Director, Nick Penklis.

In what is believed to be a first in the Real Estate industry, SPACE Property Agents will park a Porsche, with thanks to Porsche Centre Brisbane, in the garage at selected open homes.

“We deal in a market place where the Porsche brand is a good fit with our brand. A high quality sports car in the home’s garage provides an extra add on to the presentation of the property and hopefully captivate potential buyers. We will definitely generate more buyers to our open homes. They can also have an informal chat to an onsite Porsche Centre Brisbane representative instead of visiting the showroom. As a bonus, all buyers attending these open homes will go in weekly draws to drive a Porsche for the day!” Mr Penklis goes on to add.
